We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in the real estate practice group with a variety of tasks related to commercial real estate and finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review title and survey matters with respect to commercial real estate sales, leasing, development and financing transactions.
- Assist with real estate and financing transactions and closings, including acquisition and loan closings, including preparing closing documents, escrow instructions, reviewing closing statements and related closing documents
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions
- Assist with other due diligence items, including lien and judgment searches
- Assist with state filings and obtaining state regulatory documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least five years of experience
- ABA Paralegal certification or equivalent attestation
Pay Scale: The reasonably expected annual salary for this position is $90,000-$100,000.00. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
