Senior Counsel Michelle Quist will participate in a panel discussion at the 2026 Utah State Bar Summer Convention, taking place August 5-8, 2026, at the Sun Valley Inn and Lodge.
On Thursday, August 6, Ms. Quist will speak on the panel titled, “A Look at Post-Liu Disgorgement and Other Recent SEC-Related Decisions: Managing Shifting Precedent in District Court and Appellate Practices.“
Drawing on her extensive appellate experience, Ms. Quist will provide appellate insights and practical guidance for navigating evolving SEC-related jurisprudence and managing shifting legal precedent in both trial and appellate courts.
