Ally Bojczuk is an attorney in the Firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Ms. Bojczuk has a broad-based litigation practice with a primary focus on business and commercial disputes. She has a distinguished academic and athletic background, earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2021 and her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in 2024. At Notre Dame, Ms. Bojczuk was a Division 1 student-athlete on the women’s tennis team, where she served as team captain in her senior year. Her dedication extended beyond the court, representing Notre Dame on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) SAAC. Academically, she was named to the All-ACC Academic Team, earned ITA Scholar-Athlete recognition twice, and appeared on the ACC Academic Honor Roll four times. She was awarded the prestigious Cissie Leary Sportsmanship Award, honoring her commitment and leadership.
While at Belmont College of Law, Ms. Bojczuk continued her commitment to excellence, dedicating over 100 hours to pro bono service, earning the Pro Bono Award for her community contributions. She was also a member of the national Health Law Transactional Moot Court Team, where her team won first place at the Edward Bryant Jr. National Transactional Competition at Loyola University in Chicago.
