Anshu Garg is an Attorney in the Firm’s Atlanta office and a member of the Corporate practice group. Her practice encompasses a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance. She advises clients across industries on complex commercial agreements, corporate structuring, and strategic transactions, guiding companies through all stages of the business lifecycle—from formation and capitalization to growth and exit.

She represents corporations, emerging start-ups, and entrepreneurs, providing counsel on business formation, contractual negotiations, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters. Her approach is defined by precision, practicality, and a commitment to her clients’ long-term objectives.

Anshu earned her Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Emory University School of Law, where she received a Certificate in the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) Program and was awarded to the Order of Emory Advocates for outstanding achievement in and contribution to excellence in advocacy activities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience from the University of Georgia and Minors in Public Health and Cognitive Science.
