Bailey Mezan is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on trust and estate litigation. She represents clients in contested probate and trust proceedings, including disputes involving fiduciary duties, trust administration, financial elder abuse, and asset distribution issues. Bailey previously practiced as a litigation associate at Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP, where she worked on trust and estates litigation matters as well as complex transportation litigation.
While in law school, Bailey served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jill Burkhardt in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
