Brooke Clarke is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group.
Ms. Clarke helps provide strategic legal counsel to companies, helping them navigate and resolve disputes effectively. Ms. Clarke’s practice involves advising and counseling clients on questions of employment compliance with state and federal law, drafting employment-related agreements, employee handbooks, and personnel policies. Ms. Clarke represents employers in wage and hour class action and PAGA matters as well as litigation against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
