Catie Oryl is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. Ms. Oryl represents individuals and businesses with a focus on corporate and business transactions related to commercial real estate, including corporate structure, entity formation, purchase agreements, capital raises, and taxation. She has experience in assisting multistate clients in relocation, corporate reorganizations and tax matters. Ms. Oryl’s extensive knowledge of state and local taxes and commercial lending allows her to provide valuable financial insights to clients. Further, she has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.

  • Represented various commercial real estate projects through the life cycle of the project, from land acquisition, entity structure, investor raise, development, leasing, and eventual sale.
  • Represented a real estate investment platform in connection with a $300 million financing supporting the acquisition of a multi‑state transportation‑infrastructure portfolio, advancing the client’s national growth strategy in transportation‑advantaged industrial assets.
