David P. Resnick is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Real Estate and Real Estate Finance practice groups. For over 25 years, Mr. Resnick has maintained a national practice concentrated in commercial real estate, overseeing all facets of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of industrial, office, residential, retail and mixed-use properties. Mr. Resnick negotiates construction, joint venture and divestiture agreements for real estate development and investment transactions, and represents banks and other financial institutions and private enterprises in the negotiation and documentation of mortgage, mezzanine, bridge, and structured debt. He also provides an array of dedicated legal services to hospitality clients with respect to their real estate, finance, leasing and operational matters. Mr. Resnick is a trusted adviser with a mastery of his clients’ short- and long-term objectives in each transaction, and approaches his work with creativity and vigor.
