Deborah Mallgrave is a Special Counsel in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Health Care Practice groups. She focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on health care clients. Ms. Mallgrave represents a diverse array of health care clients, including hospital systems and physician groups. She regularly works with clients in a collaborative manner to develop and execute solution-driven strategies. She has appeared in arbitration proceedings and courts throughout the country, at both the trial and appellate level. Ms. Mallgrave also has extensive e-discovery experience, having managed the collection and review of complex discovery databases and preparation of efficient and time-saving review protocols.
