Drew Greene is a Partner in the Firm’s Atlanta office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Ms. Greene is experienced and battle-tested in a wide range of business litigation and creditor rights matters. Representing large and small businesses in challenges from cradle to grave, she maintains a singular focus: achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. Ms. Greene focuses principally on state and federal commercial matters and handles all types of pre-trial work in business litigation, including discovery and dispositive motions. If a case requires going to trial, she provides aggressive representation in court and continues through the appellate stages of litigation.
Ms. Greene’s work includes defense of small and large-scale investigations and claims against employers by both state and federal agencies; securities fraud; RICO litigation; significant commercial litigation involving defense of fraud, breach of contract, and other business tort claims; labor and employment guidance and defense; breach of fiduciary duty and constructive trust claims; trade secret and restrictive covenant defense and prosecution; and protection of creditor rights both in and outside the various Chapters of the Bankruptcy Code.
Ms. Greene takes a forward-looking approach in her business litigation practice and always has her sights set on the end game.
