Jared Marken is an Attorney in the Firm’s Denver office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. His practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and trade secrets.
During law school, Jared participated in the Tribal Wills Project, providing pro bono services to draft wills for the Navajo Nation. Jared also participated in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition.
Prior to law school, Jared worked for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as an Assistant National Bank Examiner.
