Jennifer Oswald is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Seattle office, and a member of the litigation practice group. Ms. Oswald focuses her practice on civil litigation including complex civil matters, commercial litigation, construction disputes, and insurance defense. With more than 10 years of litigation experience, Ms. Oswald has successfully represented clients in court as well as at mediation and arbitration.
