Jon Ksiazek is Special Counsel in the Firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Mr. Ksiazek is a highly accomplished employment lawyer representing businesses in all aspects of litigation and counseling. During his career, Mr. Ksiazek has focused on matters involving harassment and discrimination in the workplace, biometric privacy, disability and medical-leave related issues and internal investigations. Mr. Ksiazek also handles matters related to employment agreements, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, wage disputes, employee handbooks, employment law training, and terminations.

Recognized as a skilled and effective litigator, Mr. Ksiazek diligently develops each aspect of his clients’ cases with the intention of trial readiness. His thorough investigation and research enable him to negotiate favorable outcomes at all stages of litigation, both in state and federal courts. Mr. Ksiazek has a track record of achieving outstanding outcomes, having acted as first or second chair in twenty-seven trials throughout his career. Mr. Ksiazek has briefed and argued cases before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, showcasing his legal acumen and commitment to his clients. Mr. Ksiazek’s enjoyment in assisting clients stems from a profound passion for helping others, which initially led him to the legal profession.
