Joshua Michaels is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Houston office and a member of the Litigation and Construction Law practice groups. His litigation practice focuses on commercial disputes for businesses across multiple industries, with particular experience representing commercial contractors, developers, and owners. He has also represented commercial landlords and tenants, staffing companies, and healthcare providers, among many others.
Mr. Michaels has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts across the country. He handles each matter from pre-litigation counseling through trial and has substantial deposition, motion practice, and trial experience, including opening and closing statements to judges, arbitrators, and juries. He excels at telling his client’s story in clear and persuasive terms.
