Ms. Sanders has extensive experience and a successful track record of defending companies in federal and state courts throughout the country. When employers get sued, Ms. Sanders is ready to defend them through trial and beyond if necessary.

Ms. Sanders’ executive compensation practice includes representing both companies and executives in drafting and negotiating employment agreements, equity arrangements and severance packages. Executive compensation draws on several practice areas including employment, tax and corporate transactions. Ms. Sanders has experience in all of these areas as they related to executives and helps her clients translate the legal requirements into practical solutions.

With the growing complexities of restrictive covenants and trade secrets, she and her team stay up to date on the laws in the states and prepare restrictive covenants for all levels of employees including sales teams, research and development, C-suite executives and support staff. Ms. Sanders represents companies and individuals in restrictive covenant disputes.
