Maxwell Gaddy is an Attorney in the Firm’s Austin office and a member of the Litigation practice group.
Mr. Gaddy represents clients in a broad range of matters, including business and commercial litigation, lien and bond disputes, construction, real estate, and insurance matters in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Known for thorough case preparation, detail-oriented advocacy, and proactive client communication, Mr. Gaddy is committed to providing practical, responsive, and effective legal support.
Born and raised in Austin, Mr. Gaddy has practiced in both Austin and Midland, Texas. He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2023. During law school, he served as a legal extern to the general counsel of a mid-sized renewable energy company, gaining valuable in-house legal experience.
