Michael Moffatt is a Special Counsel in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Intellectual Property practice group with thirty years of experience in patent and trademark prosecution. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Moffatt worked for six years as a Scientist for Rockwell International’s Space Division.

At present, Mr. Moffatt’s clients include the members of the medical device community and energy recovery companies.
