Molli Guinn is an Attorney in the Firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Ms. Guinn’s practice is split between employment litigation and employment advice and counsel. Ms. Guinn works on all types of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, employment discrimination and retaliation cases, and both sides of restrictive covenant disputes and her litigation experience includes motion practice, jury trials, and appellate practice.

Ms. Guinn is a Tennessee native and a first-generation college student. Ms. Guinn attended undergrad at the University of Tennessee. Ms. Guinn stayed and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. Throughout her law school career, Ms. Guinn was awarded the Cali Award in Trial Advocacy, Legal Process, and the Tennessee Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. In her personal life, Ms. Guinn participates in several non-profit organizations, including volunteering at the American Legion Auxiliary’s Volunteer Girls State program in Tennessee, and, if not working, can be found somewhere outdoors with her dog.
