Molli Guinn is an Attorney in the Firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Ms. Guinn’s practice focuses on employment litigation including wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes and restrictive covenants. She has experience in all phases of litigation including discovery, motions for summary judgment, injunction hearings and appellate proceedings.
An alumna of University of Tennessee College of Law, Ms. Guinn graduated magna cum laude and was the recipient of the Tennessee Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy as well as the Cali Award in Trial Advocacy, Legal Process. She was on the executive committee for Vols for Veterans, executive committee for Christian Legal Society and executive committee for Vols to Law.
