Reginald (“Reggie”) L. Snyder is a Partner in Buchalter’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. Admitted to practice across state and federal courts in Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, Mr. Snyder brings over two decades of trial experience to complex commercial, corporate, and civil litigation matters. He represents corporate clients, Fortune 100 and 500 companies, land development entities, and public sector bodies—including municipal, county, and state government authorities—in high-stakes operational and contract disputes.  

Mr. Snyder’s core litigation practice focuses on key areas including contract disputes, real estate, construction, and products liability defense. In his contract and corporate practice, he advises businesses on negotiating agreements and resolves multi-million dollar commercial disputes involving joint operating agreements, tortious interference, and complex service contracts. His real estate and land use practice encompasses advising commercial owners, property managers, and governmental authorities on pre-litigation resolution, lease enforcement, land development joint ventures, and municipal regulatory compliance.  

A former Practice Group Leader for Products Liability, Mr. Snyder has extensive experience defending major corporate, energy, and pharmaceutical manufacturers—such as Pfizer, Abbott Laboratories, Conagra Brands, ELBA Liquefaction, and Southern LNG—against complex product defect, personal injury, and toxic tort actions. His robust construction litigation practice involves counseling owners, developers, and contractors through contract negotiations, construction defect actions, and project claims.  

Throughout his career, Mr. Snyder has earned numerous professional accolades. He has been recognized consistently as a top-rated Super Lawyer in Business Litigation, named to The National Black Lawyers – Top 100, and inducted as a Lifetime Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
