Timothy Lee is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Francisco office and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice group. Prior to joining Buchalter, Mr. Lee was an associate at Reed Smith LLP, where he focused on state tax controversy matters, and previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on fast-moving M&A deals from the state and local tax perspective for a wide range of public and private clients. While at the University of California, Davis School of Law, Mr. Lee was Editor in Chief of the Business Law Journal.
