William Morris is an Attorney in the Firm’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Corporate practice group. He represents public and private companies in a variety of industries involving mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Morris also has experience in commercial litigation, real estate matters, and trademark registration, protection, and prosecution.
