Elizabeth B. Stallard is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Sacramento office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Ms. Stallard helps clients navigate complex employment and workplace compliance issues with a common sense and pragmatic approach.

Ms. Stallard also represents a wide range of private and public entities in access compliance matters, including in litigation and before state and federal agencies. She currently serves as lead counsel in a federal ADA Title III class action, and has served as lead trial counsel and lead appellate counsel in various matters involving ADA Title III claims.

Ms. Stallard has experience in all aspects of state and federal civil litigation at both the trial and appellate level, and has represented clients involved in investigations by the Department of Labor, Department of Justice, Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, California Civil Rights Department (formerly DFEH), Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Cal/OSHA- Division of Occupational Safety and Health, Nevada Equal Rights Commission and other agencies, as well as represented clients in related state and federal litigation and administrative proceedings. Ms. Stallard has a long and demonstrated record of successful and effective advocacy in front of state and federal courts in both California and Nevada, including serving as lead trial counsel in both states and as lead appellate counsel for matters before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Stallard also provides advice and counseling to clients dealing with workforce management, disability access, and worker safety issues.
