- TestOut Corporation, a SaaS company specializing in online IT training courseware and certification exams, in its sale to CompTIA.
- FluidFi Inc. d/b/a Alchemy Technologies, an embedded financing software company, in
its sale to Business Warrior Corporation through a reverse triangular merger. - Healthcare Management Services, LLC, an assisted living facility, an office building, and the business of eight related operating entities, in its sale of seven skilled nursing facilities to the affiliates of International Equity Partners, Inc.
