Buchalter represented the sellers in the sale of DivergeIT, a managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology services provider, to an affiliate of private equity firm M/C Partners. The deal closed on August 14, 2026. The transaction was structured as a sale of equity interests and included a rollover investment by the sellers. In typical Buchalter fashion, deal team consisted of a multidiscipline group across multiple offices.
