Jennifer M. Misetich is the Administrative Chair of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, serves as Vice‑Chair of the Franchise Law Industry Group, and is a Partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. A seasoned civil litigator, Ms. Misetich provides strategic counsel on all stages of complex labor and employment matters, including class actions, wage and hour disputes, and discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination lawsuits.
In addition to litigation, Ms. Misetich provides advice and counseling on lawsuit prevention and employment law compliance for her private and public employer clients. She accomplishes this by providing guidance on all facets of employment law including employee handbooks, policies and procedures, high-risk terminations, and severance/release agreements. Ms. Misetich has been named a Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in Labor & Employment Law every year since 2018, an honor reserved for 2.5% of attorneys in California, either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
