Buchalter’s Corporate practice group led by Jeremy Weitz represented CGK Linens in its acquisition of Beckham Pillows from Thrasio, a portfolio company of BlackRock. Beckham Pillows is the largest seller of pillows on Amazon in the United States. The Buchalter team was assisted by Chad McCombs, Chloe Lustig, Brett Voets, Josh Mizrahi, Jessie Reider, Mitzi Hill, Zach Wertheimer and Julian Fortuna.
