Oren Bitan to Speak at NAFER 2026 Annual Conference

Partner Oren Bitan will be speaking at the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER) 2026 Annual Conference, taking place October 19–22 at The St. Regis Aspen Resort in Aspen, Colorado.

He will be speaking on “Receivers Without Federal Regulators: Issues With Non-Regulatory & State Court Receiverships,” addressing receivership matters in state court that do not involve a regulatory agency, along with the broader range of state court litigation in which a receiver may be appointed outside the context of regulatory enforcement actions.
