Alexander Kharazmi is an Attorney in the Firm’s Orange County office whose practice centers on products liability litigation, regulatory compliance, Proposition 65 matters, and complex tort defense.

Mr. Kharazmi represents manufacturers, distributors, retailers, automotive and powersports companies, and other businesses facing high-stakes litigation and regulatory scrutiny. He defends clients in products liability, general liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury actions, while also advising companies on product safety, warnings, labeling, and compliance issues that can impact litigation exposure and business operations.

A significant portion of Mr. Kharazmi’s practice involves helping businesses navigate California’s complex and evolving regulatory environment, including Proposition 65 enforcement and compliance considerations. He partners with clients to assess risk, develop defensible compliance strategies, and proactively address issues before they become litigation or enforcement matters.
