Becca Cassady is an Attorney in the Firm’s Portland office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Her practice centers on professional responsibility matters, including attorney discipline, ethics defense, bar admissions, and licensing and regulatory proceedings. She also represents clients in complex commercial and employment litigation.
Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout her career, Ms. Cassady offers her clients a distinct perspective on how disputes are evaluated, litigated, and resolved. She leverages that experience to identify risk, anticipate opposing counsel’s strategies, and develop practical solutions aligned with her clients’ objectives and risk tolerance.
Before joining Buchalter, Ms. Cassady practiced as a trial lawyer handling a broad range of complex civil matters, including legal malpractice, medical malpractice, and claims involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duty. That experience continues to inform her representation of businesses, employers, professionals, and individuals facing significant litigation, regulatory, and professional liability challenges.
