Brian A. Weikel is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Francisco office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. His practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and trade secrets. For his pro bono work, Brian has helped reunite an abducted child with her father through Hague Convention proceedings. In his spare time, Brian coaches moot court teams on intellectual property issues.
During law school, Brian was a Member of the Moot Court Board and Executive Notes Editor of UC Law Journal (formerly, Hastings Law Journal).
Prior to law school, Brian was a paralegal for over seven years. He assisted dozens of clients, from startups to Fortune 100 companies in the high-tech, biomedical, and entertainment industries. Brian is devoted to providing efficient, pragmatic solutions to established businesses and entrepreneurs.
