Clarens Emrich is an Attorney in the Firm’s Portland office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Emrich advocates for clients in a broad range of civil matters, including trust and estate disputes involving beneficiaries and fiduciaries, adult guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, financial elder abuse claims, and disputes involving real estate and construction. A graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, he gained valuable experience through clerkships with the Office of the Metro Attorney and the U.S. District Court of Oregon under the Honorable John V. Acosta. He has successfully managed cases from start to finish, achieving positive results in both jury trials and arbitration.
