Colette H. Noghreian is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Health Care Law and Litigation practice groups. She represents health care providers, hospital systems, and other health care clients in a wide range of regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. Her practice includes advising on compliance with state and federal health care laws, responding to government investigations, resolving reimbursement and licensing issues, and handling disputes involving medical staff, contracts, and business operations. She also assists clients with complex civil and commercial litigation.

Ms. Noghreian began her academic career at Chapman University, where she excelled academically and demonstrated her commitment to social justice by volunteering with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Post-Conviction Review Unit, aiding the wrongfully convicted. She also studied abroad in Seville, Spain, where she immersed herself in the local culture, improved her Spanish-speaking skills, and broadened her global perspective.

She earned her law degree from LMU Loyola Law School, where she received a certificate in mediation and participated in the Conciliation and Mediation Clinic at the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution. Ms. Noghreian was active in student government, serving two years as a member of the Day Student Bar Association and organizing events as Sports Chair. While in law school, she gained practical experience through internships at two civil litigation firms, where she developed skills on both the plaintiff and defense sides that continue to inform her current practice.
