Elaine Cheng is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation practice group. She represents businesses and individuals in all stages of disputes, including pre-litigation, action commencement, discovery, law in motion, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial. Ms. Cheng has experience in handling a variety of disputes, including land use, real estate disputes, probate matters, commercial law, products liability, and trademark litigation in both state and federal courts.
