Nailah Ogle is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Ms. Ogle has experience assisting and leading internal investigations and defending clients against accusations brought by the Department of Justice, SEC, and CFTC. She has developed case strategies and led preliminary investigations for a contract dispute against a multinational corporation.
Ms. Ogle has assisted in revising and drafting company policies and procedures for compliance requirements. She has provided litigation support, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and drafting motions and pleadings.
