Olga Kuzmina is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation practice group.
Ms. Kuzmina represents clients in high-stakes trust and estate disputes and trust administration. She also represents clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Ms. Kuzmina’s litigation experience includes will and trust contests involving allegations of undue influence and lack of capacity, disputes over fiduciary accountings, and actions concerning the interpretation of estate planning instruments. She is involved in all stages of litigation and assists clients in resolving disputes through negotiations and mediations.
Ms. Kuzmina’s trust administration work includes advising on fiduciary duties and powers, handling required notices, and preparing court filings. Her broader civil litigation background includes business disputes and the defense of companies in general liability and product liability actions.
