Ryan W. Lione is a Partner in the Firm’s Austin office and a member of the Litigation practice group.

Ryan’s practice focuses on business and civil litigation, corporate law, complex business transactions including business formation, restructuring, and buying and selling businesses, commercial real estate, commercial finance,  construction law and construction litigation. In addition to serving as general counsel for various types of companies in the Central Texas area, Ryan also represents several Texas-based financial institutions, including in the areas of commercial lending and commercial real estate finance. Throughout his career, Ryan has provided his clients with a wide range of legal services, including: forming, buying, and selling businesses; drafting and negotiating contracts including representing clients in contract disputes; handling construction matters from contracts to construction litigation; and helping clients deal with any other issues encountered by business owners

  • Represented a corporate client in a $550 million M&A transaction.
  • Represented financial institutions in multi-million-dollar commercial lending transactions involving the purchase, development, and refinancing of commercial real estate.
  • Represented a financial institution in complex litigation regarding the sale of an $80 million commercial property in downtown Austin.
