Skye McIntyre is an Attorney in the Firm’s Sacramento office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. McIntyre worked in tax controversy, where she assisted in advising individuals and business entities on IRS practice and procedure matters, including penalty abatement, entity classification, refund claims, audits, appeals, and examinations. Her experience includes analyzing complex tax records, preparing submissions to the IRS, and supporting resolution strategies at various stages of controversy. In addition, Ms. McIntyre has experience with plaintiffs’ side employment-related matters, including sexual harassment and employment discrimination cases.
