Buchalter Welcomes Mark Levinson to Los Angeles Office

Buchalter is pleased to announce that William “Mark” Levinson has joined the firm as a Corporate Shareholder in its Los Angeles office. A former Shareholder at the firm, Levinson is returning to Buchalter after nearly 30 years.

Levinson returns to Buchalter with more than four decades of experience advising clients on corporate, real estate, capital markets, securities, and municipal finance matters. He represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, developers, syndicators, and governmental entities in transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions and REIT structuring to real estate syndications and distressed asset workouts. Levinson also has extensive experience in public and structured finance, having served as counsel to issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, and trustees in billions of dollars’ worth of financings. His practice spans a wide variety of industries, including real estate, consumer products, education, manufacturing, media, and technology.
