Dylan Wiseman Appointed Observer to Uniform Law Commission Trade Secrets Act Drafting Committee

Wiseman, Co-Chair of the firm’s Trade Secrets, Employee Mobility & Restrictive Covenants Practice Group, has been appointed as an Observer to the Uniform Law Commission’s Trade Secrets Act Drafting Committee. In this capacity, Dylan will receive committee reports, memoranda, and updates related to potential revisions to the Uniform Trade Secrets Act.

The Uniform Law Commission (ULC, also known as the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws), established in 1892, provides states with non-partisan, well-conceived and well-drafted legislation that brings clarity and stability to critical areas of state statutory law.
