Alexander Kharazmi is an Attorney in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Kharazmi represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability and personal injury.
Mr. Kharazmi devotes a majority of his practice to rideshare and common carrier transport defense and has experience handling cases ranging from construction defect with celebrity parties, litigating the business models of preeminent Fortune 100 companies, defending in catastrophic freak accident matters, and everything in-between.
Mr. Kharazmi has extensive experience litigating employee vs. independent contractor relationships in high-exposure matters. High watermarks include negotiating voluntary dismissal of rideshare clients in matters that would later bring seven-figure exposure against other co-defendants, protecting the business model of those clients in alignment with regional and national business objectives, and otherwise saving his clients tens of millions of dollars in potential exposure over the course of his career.
