Andrew Neiman specializes in commercial and business litigation and represents small and large companies on a range of matters, including contract-based issues, complex litigation, corporate governance, insurance coverage, and business-related torts. Mr. Neiman has specialized experience representing financial advisors and other professionals in the financial industry in FINRA matters, including non-solicitation agreements, promissory notes, trade secrets, torts, and employment-related matters. In guiding his clients through the litigation process, Mr. Neiman is a diligent problem solver who devises innovative and holistic solutions, considering his clients’ unique desires, challenges, and budget.
Mr. Neiman also represents employers in various industries in employment-related disputes with claims involving discrimination, wage and hour claims, and employee leave.
Mr. Neiman also has experience serving as outside general counsel for closely held businesses, providing general business advice, and advice on employment matters. He helps companies advance their business interests and avoid future problems by drafting contracts and internal policies.

- Negotiated a settlement of $35,000 paid in equal installments over 2 years on behalf of an employer in a $150,000 wage action filed by a former employee in Colorado State Court.
- Negotiated a $23 million settlement on behalf of a minority owner of a closely held corporation in an action in Colorado State Court with his former partners related to a business divorce.
- Won a $300,000 judgment in a bench trial on behalf of an independent contractor in an equity dispute with a former billion-dollar agriculture firm in Colorado State Court.
Mr. Neiman earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. He earned his B.A. in Global & International Studies, from University of California Santa Barbara, with honors.
