Anjel Bonilla is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Corporate practice group. Ms. Bonilla’s practice focuses on various capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, note offerings and SPAC and de-SPAC transactions.
- Represented BioAtla, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company, in its $65 Million underwritten offering of its common stock.
- Represented Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical company, in its acquisition of Epizyme, Inc.
- Represented Fisker Inc. in its up to $350 million at-the-market offering launched in May 2022.
- Represented 890 5th Avenue Partners, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company, in its $1.5 billion merger with BuzzFeed.
- Represented Keyarch Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Keywise Capital, in its $100 million initial public offering and full exercise of over-allotment option.
- Represented Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Genesis Advisors, in its upsized $220 million initial public offering and full exercise of over-allotment option.
Ms. Bonilla obtained her J.D. degree from the Boston University School of Law, during which time she served as the editor of the Review of Banking & Financial Law. Her academic journey also includes the accomplishment of a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated with honors, cum laude.
