Bailee Pelham is an Attorney in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Ms. Pelham’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and products liability laws.

Ms. Pelham has previous experience litigating cases in courts all over California, with experience in both state and federal courts. She has handled cases from pre-litigation through settlement.

In law school, Ms. Pelham served as a law clerk in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office DNA and Felony Panel units. She also worked in the Chapman University Entertainment Law Clinic, representing an independent filmmaker in drafting the agreements necessary to begin filming.

Ms. Pelham earned her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law, cum laude. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Scripps College.
