
Eileen DaPra is a Special Counsel in the Firm’s Seattle office. She advises foreign national clients on various immigration issues, including E-2 Treaty Investors. She assists U.S. employers in recruiting and maintaining foreign talents with employment-based immigration petitions. This includes H-1B, L-1A, L-1B and O-1. Eileen also guides foreign employees through the process of obtaining their immigrant status based on EB-1 petitions.
