Jeffrey R. Kaatz is member of Buchalter’s Litigation practice group in the Firm’s Seattle office. Jeff represents companies in a variety of litigation with a focus on complex commercial, construction, and real estate disputes. He began his career as prosecutor with the City of Seattle before joining a local firm where he represented a broad array of clients in general and professional liability matters. He has extensive experience at all phases of litigation from inception through trial.

Mr. Kaatz earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois in 2011, and his B.A., summa cum laude, in both Political Science and Philosophy from the College of Wooster in 2008.
