Kyle Rekofke is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Seattle office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Rekofke’s practice includes all areas of civil defense litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial and product liability litigation. He began his career as a law clerk for the Hon. Robert H. Whaley in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington before joining a local firm where he represented a broad array of clients in general and professional liability matters.
Kyle has extensive experience in all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal. In the toxic tort arena, he has worked on all aspect of discovery, including the development of company and expert witnesses to support the defensive strategies, as well as litigation and pre-trial motion practice.

Mr. Rekofke earned his J.D. from The University of Washington School of Law. He earned his B.A. in Journalism and Communications from The University of Oregon.
