
Michael Fuoroli is a member of the Litigation, Product Liability, and White Collar and Investigations practice groups in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Fuoroli has experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation and pleadings to trial preparation. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, products liability defense, business torts, consumer class actions, and government investigations. Mr. Fuoroli also has experience in a variety of regulatory compliance matters including California Proposition 65, PFAS/PFOS, the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, false advertising, and unfair business practices.
While attending law school, Mr. Fuoroli was a silver medalist in the Singapore International Mediation Competition, served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and was a Student Ambassador for the Office of Admissions.
Mr. Fuoroli earned his J.D. at Loyola Law School where he received First Honors in Trial Advocacy and Remedies and was a member of the International Chamber of Commerce Commercial Mediation Team. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude.
