Taylor King is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Ms. King represents employers in litigation against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. Ms. King’s practice also involves advising and counseling clients on questions of labor and employment compliance with state and federal laws, drafting employee handbooks, personnel policies, and employment-related agreements.

Ms. King achieved her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. In law school, she interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, Litigation Division, and externed at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California for the Hon. Gonzalo P. Curiel. Additionally, Ms. King was a Summer Associate for Buchalter. Ms. King served as the President of the USD School of Law Business Law Society, a Senior Member of the San Diego Law Review, and an Associate Member of the USD School of Law Appellate Moot Court. She earned her B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
