Zachary Tucker is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Mr. Tucker defends employers against individual claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, and failure to engage in the interactive process, among others. Mr. Tucker also handles a multitude of class action matters involving alleged violations of wage and hour law, including meal and rest period claims, regular and overtime pay issues, and recordkeeping disputes.

Mr. Tucker has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation, including at deposition, in court, and at trial. He uses this experience to provide clients with effective legal advice in their day-to-day business practices and to vigorously defend them during the pre-litigation and litigation process.

Mr. Tucker earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Government from University of California, Los Angeles.
