  • Represented Bank of America (as CDE, conventional mortgage lender, NMTC investor and state transit credit bridge lender) in complex $82 million multi-tiered, multi investor, multi lender project in Brunswick. New Jersey, which involved parking, residential rental, office and retail space and state transit hub tax credit.
  • Represented Wells Fargo in structuring, negotiating and closing a complex $15,000,000 new markets tax credit transaction which resulted in the financing of a 20-acre commercial development located in San Diego, California.
  • Represented a CityScape Capital as syndicator and investor in the development, documentation and establishment of a fund targeting new markets tax credit investments in historic tax credit projects nationwide.
  • Represented a CityScape Capital as syndicator and investor in structuring a complex leveraged new markets tax credit investment “twinned” with a “two-tier” historic tax credit lease for office redevelopment in Utah.
  • Represented Heritage Housing Partners as developer in a complex two-tier leveraged NMTC financed development of two separate for-sale housing project (40 units and 60 units) in the cities of Pasadena and Glendale California, using a unique combination of private, city, county and state subsidy funds as leverage.
  • Represented Citi as investor in a complex two-tier leveraged NMTC investment used to fund a portfolio of loans to multiple charter schools.
  • Represented Wells Fargo as investor in a direct NMTC investment used to fund a portfolio of mezzanine loans in Phoenix, Arizona.
